Troglodyte by, Esbern Snare

And the pain in your eyes is unspoken, all the words put under the shade.
Still a light you will be to another, if you'd only learn how to wait.

Troglodyte, is that you in the open? Have you come to settle down? Still today, there are words for tomarrow, and a light to bring you home.

How you've drifted away, to a cold house enough, to bear your thoughts, to hold your words, till the end of the day.  A table for us, set so plain, to relieve your weight, then you go on your way.

And you stand in the fields with your Father, and you ask how could this be real? There were days when it seemed you were nowhere, have I lost all sense of feel?

Troglodyte, is that you in the open? Have you come to settle down? Still today there are words for tomarrow, and a light to bring you home.

"Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfullness
    You have done wonderful things,
    things planned long ago."
~Isaiah 25:1

Father, thank you that all my life is in Your hands.  Thank you that You alone are Worthy of my praise. You alone are worthy of my thoughts. You have my Devotions, my Affections, You have my Heart and my Soul. Thank you Father, that you ARE faithful to the END.  I put my Trust and Hope in You. You are the perfect Fulcrum of my life.

"For I know the plans I have for you,
declares the Lord, plans to prosper you
 and not to harm you,
plans to give you
hope and a future."
~Jeremiah 29:11

"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothing. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight." ~ 1 Peter 3:2-5

thanksgiving

So every year I can remember, Thanksgiving has been dedicated to spending time with my relatives.  But this year since they were all going different places we decided to switch things up a bit and hang out with some other friends. These two families included one of my super close friends, Brooke.  We went on a lot of bike rides along with walks and talks.

..........here are some captions of it all...

Lake Anna

About two months ago my family and I visited where my Grandparents lived when I was kid.  It was sad because they weren't there with us but the memories that come with Lake Anna bring me joy.
My adorable younger sister, (Sarah) Naomi.

It's a little to cold to swim in September...
But for my Mother it's not to cold to swim until October (:
